Client materials, branding, and content remain the property of the client. Work created by BrandByT is transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
BrandByT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
